As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment by text or email. Any cancellations made within 3 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% charge of your service as a cancellation fee. Any clients that are a NO SHOW for their appointment will be required to pay for services up front for ALL future appointments prior to coming in for their appointment.
Services offered at Lashes by Sophia, Inc. are primarily a by appointment. All appointments require a $15 committment fee to secure your booking and the commitment fee will count towards your remaining balance.
You are paying for the artists' time, product, and other expenses used to provide you with a service. NO REFUNDS will issued for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute express touch up if it is the fault of the application or product. Any concerns addressed after 48 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at a full price for the service.
Yes. For every new client that you refer, you will each recieve $15 off any future eyelash service. Your name and this promotion must be mentioned during their lash service for this deal to be valid.
1. Fill out, sign, and return the online consent form that is sent after you have booked an appointment no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
*This is for all new/newly returning clients
2. Arrive on time to your scheduled appointment with clean, makeup free eyes and lashes. If you choose to have makeup on, please be aware that this may affect how well the lashes stay on. Lash baths are available as an added services- however, if you do not previously book for this service, any lash baths on the day of your appointment will result in a shorter lash application time.
3. Communicate with your lash artist any and all concerns/issues your are facing regarding your scheduled appointment time.
If you or another person in your household has an infectious or contagious disease, or have recently been exposed to one, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment to a later date. For your safety and the safety of our staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointment sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or canceled, and rescheduled for when you are healthy again.
Being a licensed cosmetologist, I have been trained on proper sanitation and disinfection requirements for the safety of my clients. Only hospital grade cleaners are used to sanitize and disinfect areas and tools. At Lashes by Sophia, Inc., we use Opti-cide wipes to wipe down all surfaces. We also use Opti-cide 3 to clean and soak our tools to allow for proper disinfection.
